About this Group:

Connect with others! Meetings offer help, hope, and education, so you can live a happy and successful life after any type of brain injury including stroke.  This group also has Saturday recreational get togethers through out the year which can include miniature golf, bowling and Charlotte baseball games.

the Next Chapter 

About this Group:

The Next Chapter group is for people who have a experienced brain injury and are on their “Journey” to the next chapter, whether it’s finding renewed quality of life, returning to school, work, home, or being our best selves.  We can be there for each other. We offer respect and a safe place to meet.   You may  be able to help someone else who is struggling during their recovery or share what has helped you.

Statewide Brain Injury Support Group

About this Group:

This statewide virtual support group offers a safe, respectful, and welcoming space for individuals living with brain injury to connect, share, and heal together. Guided by clear communication practices and mutual respect, our weekly sessions foster community, understanding, and emotional support across North Carolina.

By focusing on shared experiences, friendships, and meaningful activities, the group nurtures social wellness and helps participants move beyond isolation.
