The time  for the next journey is almost here!!   We packed the bike and gear last night, left North Carolina, and now we’ve arrived in beautiful St. Marys, GA! 🌊 This charming town, the gateway to Cumberland Island, sits right on the St. Marys River at the GA/FL border. It’s a small, close-knit community where everyone knows each other. No chain hotels here! Instead, I stayed at a stunning B&B built in 1870—full of history and character. 🏡

I had the chance to visit the submarine museum, packed with 100-year-old artifacts—so much to see! And I couldn’t resist a stop at Camden Bicycle Center, where Terry and Darlene are full of knowledge about the East Coast Greenway Trail and have everything you need for cycling. If you’re ever in St. Marys, make sure to swing by!

Now, after a bit of fun, the real journey begins on Sunday. I’ll be riding to Key West, sharing stories of brain injury survivors, and connecting with others facing similar challenges. I’m looking forward to hearing stories of resilience from those overcoming life’s setbacks, just like I am.

Life may throw obstacles our way, but when our goals change, hope pushes us forward. 💫 My journey is one of many, and I hope that by sharing it, I can inspire others to keep moving, adjust their goals, and never stop pressing on—no matter what challenges they face.
