Day 17 – What a difference a day makes

Day 17 – What a difference a day makes Each day, I’ve made it a point to recap what happened, both the highs and the lows. The challenges I faced weren’t complaints; they were simply part of the day’s journey. I feel it’s important to share both sides because those challenges are life lessons—lessons that

Day 15 – Oven on high

Day 15 – Oven on high Well, everyone, here’s the update for Day 15: I did not leave Florida City today as planned. And no, it’s not because I suddenly fell in love with the local scenery—it’s because Florida decided to go full oven mode. The forecast teased a nice little 93-degree day with a

We bring you stories from trails across the US, each one carrying its own tale of adventure and discovery. These narratives are not just about the landscapes traversed or the miles covered, but about the profound human experiences they embody. They bring hope through tales of resilience and overcoming obstacles. They instill determination by showcasing the grit and perseverance required to push forward. They offer encouragement through the camaraderie and support found along the way. And they ignite excitement, inspiring you to explore new paths and embrace the unknown. Together, these stories serve as a guiding light, reminding us all to keep moving forward on our journeys, no matter how challenging the terrain may be.

Journey of Hope

A survivor riding the trails, and every mile covered reveals the strength of fellow survivors, reminding us that hope can thrive in the most unexpected places.

Hope inspires resilience, fuels motivation, and encourages people to pursue their dreams, even in challenging times.

Hi, come on a Journey with me!
(a survivor)

Hope is like a sunrise breaking through the trees on a winding trail, illuminating the path ahead and guiding each step forward, reminding us that every new day brings fresh possibilities.

Have you ever faced a setback that made you question if there’s hope for the future? In 2019 and 2020, I encountered two Transient Ischemic Attacks (TIAs) and several other health challenges that tested my strength and spirit. Each moment felt like a battle, but those experiences ignited a deep desire to inspire others navigating similar struggles. Now, I’m embarking on a new adventure—exploring bike trails across the country. Join me on this journey taking the next step forward as I share my story and stories from those I meet on the trail. And uplift those living with debilitating illnesses. Together, we can discover strength in resilience and encourage one another to keep moving forward.
